Pickup Orders

All orders must be picked up within 7 days unless unless another coordinated time is worked out. If pickup has not occurred after that time your order will be canceled and refunded.

Shipping Locations

We ship to customers in the United States and internationally to 29 countries including Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Japan, and throughout Europe and Asia. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us to discuss shipping options.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer the following shipping options within the US:

  • Economy Shipping – Estimated delivery in 5-7 business days
  • USPS – Delivery times vary based on service selected at checkout
  • UPS Shipping – Delivery times vary based on service selected at checkout

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method. Delivery Dates are estimated at checkout.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to select countries using USPS and UPS. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on destination and package specifications.

Please note:

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees determined by your country's customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs.
  • Delivery times for international orders vary by destination and customs processing, typically ranging from 7-21 business days.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can monitor your package's progress through the carrier's website.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes must be requested before the order ships.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Please note that Yum At Hart is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order is returned to us by the courier service due to an inability to deliver and the package(s) remains sealed, Yum At Hart will decide at its discretion whether a partial refund is applicable after deducting all shipping expenses related to the original and return labels. If the returned package(s) is unsealed or damaged, no refund will be provided. In all cases where a package(s) is returned, Yum At Hart is under no obligation to issue any refund.

Delays

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, we cannot guarantee delivery dates. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, customs processing (for international orders), or other unforeseen circumstances.

Free Ice Packs for Chocolate Orders

At Yum At Hart, we monitor weather conditions and include ice packs at no additional charge when needed to help protect chocolate and melt-sensitive items during warmer months.
